Welcome to the Beginner I Pole Dancing Series!
In this 4 week class series you will learn the basic fundamentals of pole dancing, and all of the most basic spins. This is the place to start for anyone new to pole dancing. You will gain strength and coordination as we learn to use both sides of our bodies for these basic movements. By the end of this first 4 week series, you will be ready to move on to more advanced beginner techniques, as well as several spin combinations.
Each class includes:
Warm up stretch series
Plenty of pole time
Major muscle group cool down stretch series
Come prepared to work!
Suggested Attire:
Yoga capri's, Yoga pants, or shorts
Leg warmers
Tank top or t-shirt
Don't forget your water!!!
Deposit of $25- is required to hold your spot in class.. There is a .99 cent registration fee for registration service.
Total class price is $100.00 + .99 cent registration fee.
